The breakfast offers a lot of fabulous food. the staff is especially helpful and accommodating. the resort has an exceptionally nice location near the best restaurants in north Gili Air. the white sand beach, which the staff rakes, is lovely. Being situated on a tropical island adds to the overall appeal of the resort.

the pool was brilliant, the staff was nice. super location next to the quiet northern shore, and the north west coast, i felt safe. it also was in front of the sea.
Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

The location is amazing and marvelous, right by the beach, next to the boats coming in and out of Pedang Bai, and close to Gili Air. Having a hot shower with fresh water after daily activities was a nice experience.

The resort is extremely spacious with a nice outdoor bathroom. the staff is superbly friendly and amicable, available all the time. the location is amazing, not too far away from Piazza del Duomo.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with beautiful traditional-style bungalows and a relaxed beachy vibe. The general areas of the hotel were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate and enjoy. I particularly loved the comfortable seating areas by the pool and on the beach, where I could relax and take in the stunning views.
It would have been even better if the children working there were more attentive and helpful.

The staff are friendly and helpful. the beach is beautiful with white sand and amazing sunsets. the property is in a perfect location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are plenty of activities to do on the surrounding islands.
Felt welcomed into the family, nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast and drinks were plentiful and delicious. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, especially Tono at the bar. Beds were comfy and the pool had a nice beach view. The location right on the beach was perfect.
There was nothing I didnt like.

I always stay here because I love the helpful staff. They even printed my documents once! This place has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, pool, spa, and more. I'm coming back soon for another trip.
